Well today I celebrated ME! I turned 26 and it was a marvelous day! Mikes dad and step mom came by this morning at 8am and cooked breakfast for me...(delicious omelets), then tonight I had my family over for a roast dinner, ice cream cake (thanks mom and dad) and games! It was a blast and I'm so thankful for all I've been blessed with! I am 26 and have more than I would've ever dreamed! I have an incredible house, an amazing family (both immediate and extended) and a simply wonderful husband!
This may not look like much to anyone looking at my blog but I thought this was the sweetest gift from mike! When we were dating he would make me flowers out of napkins, write special messages in them and spray them with his cologne. So today when I came home from the store I had a treasure hunt. I found 3 flowers, sprayed with his cologne and they each had a little birthday money inside. Seriously everything I could have wanted! It wasn't just something he bought at the store, it was a meaningful gift that reminded me of one of the things I fell in love with about him!
We actually got a good family shot on my birthday!! YEA! LOVE THESE PEOPLE MORE THAN LIFE!!
